Certified Refurbished Products

When you purchase a certified refurbished product from Spintach, you're covered by a 90-day replacement policy. Should you prefer a refund, please note that the warranty extends for 30 days from the date of order receipt. Refer to our return section for further details.


Manufacturer's Warranty

Certain items sold by Spintach come with a manufacturer's warranty lasting 1 year or more. This warranty encompasses returns, replacements, and support services. Spintach passes on these warranties directly to you, our esteemed customer. For any warranty-related queries or support, please contact the manufacturer directly, adhering to their specific terms and conditions.


Service Expectations

While we strive to provide exceptional service, we cannot guarantee that our services will always align perfectly with your needs. We aim for efficiency, security, and promptness but acknowledge that unforeseen errors may occur. We're committed to addressing any issues promptly and professionally.


User Responsibility

Your use of Spintach services is at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your system or loss of data resulting from such use. Our advice and information are provided to assist you, but they do not create any additional warranties beyond those explicitly stated in our terms and conditions


Limitation of Liability

Spintach shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. This limitation applies regardless of the basis of the liability claim and whether Spintach was made aware of the possibility of such damages.



We do not cover personal injuries or property damage resulting from the use of our products in specific contexts, such as military or medical applications. Additionally, certain situations are excluded from warranty coverage, including issues caused by unauthorized modifications, misuse, or non-standard components.


If you experience any damages during transit, please report them within 2 working days of delivery, providing photographic evidence. Valid claims will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned components. Ensure you retain the warranty card and a copy of the invoice for all warranty-related matters.
