Returns

You have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to return any item. The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact.

 

Return process

To initiate a return, please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form by clicking here or email us at returns@spintach.com to obtain your RMA number. Once you have your RMA number, securely package the item with your proof of purchase and send it to:

Please remember to use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within ten (10) days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

 

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

Please be aware of the following

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Spintach reserves the right to charge a 50% restocking fee under certain conditions, such as missing components, damaged packaging, or post-warranty returns.
  • Replacement may be denied if the returned item does not match the RMA form or shows signs of physical damage or tampering.
